Return and refund policy

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

All our products are carefully checked and handled before shipping. All the boxes are opened before shipping by our suppliers first and then by us.

In case you would like to return an item for a refund, please get in touch with us by email stating the reason for the return.

Products can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

The products must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, and we might ask for photos.

If you receive a damaged product from us or for any other issue, you must report it on the day that has been delivered.

Once we receive the goods, we will issue a refund to the same debit or credit card that you have paid.

The postage fees are at your expense, unless the product was damaged during shipping.
