Description
CASA MAGNA COLORADO CORONA CIGAR
The Casa Magna Colorado Corona Cigar brings together power, balance, and classic Nicaraguan character in one elegant format. Manuel Quesada built his name on smooth, approachable cigars. However, with Casa Magna Colorado, he moved in a bolder direction and created a cigar that delivers far more depth, intensity, and richness.
For this project, he joined forces with Nestor Plasencia and developed the blend at Plasencia’s Segovia factory in Nicaragua. As a result, this cigar offers serious pedigree from two respected names in premium tobacco.
At the centre of the blend, Cuban-seed tobaccos from Estelí and Jalapa create the cigar’s distinctive personality. Estelí adds strength, weight, and a darker character. Meanwhile, Jalapa brings balance, refinement, and a touch of elegance. Together, they produce a smoke that feels full-flavoured from the first draw, yet never loses control.
The Nicaraguan wrapper, binder, and filler keep the profile focused and authentic. First, you’ll notice rich coffee notes that set a bold tone. Then, a cedary sweetness starts to build and softens the darker core. Finally, a subtle hint of raisins adds a gentle sweetness that rounds out the finish. The dark, reddish Colorado wrapper also gives the cigar a striking look that matches its deeper flavour profile.
With its 6-inch length and 46 ring gauge, this corona offers a refined smoking time and a shape that suits smokers who enjoy detail, complexity, and steady development. Therefore, if you want a full-strength cigar that combines richness with elegance, the Casa Magna Colorado Corona Cigar deserves a place in your humidor.
