Return and refund policy

Please read carefully our Return & Refund Policy.

All ours products are carefully checked and handled before shipping. All the boxes were being open before shipping by our suppliers first and then by us.

In case that you would like to return an item for a refund, please get in touch with us by email stating the reason of the return.

Products can be return within 14 days of the puchase date.

The products must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and we might ask for photos.

If you receive a damaged product from us you must report it on the day that has been delivered.

Once we received the goods, we will issue a refund in the same debit or credit card that you have paid.

The posting fees are at your expense, unless the product got damaged during the shipping.
